All Black FC is a Hong Kong football team and cultural organisation created from the need to help refugees and asylum seekers integrate in society.
Over the past years, All Black FC has been working both on and off the football pitch to transform the local perceptions of ethnic minorities, bringing awareness about racism and fighting a lack of respect.

For many asylum seekers, who are not allowed to work in the city, All Black FC has turned into an opportunity to feel part of Hong Kong society by playing friendly matches against local teams, or by giving presentations about their culture at schools and other organisations.

Thirty-year-old Darius, a law student, activist and former asylum seeker from the West African nation Togo, arrived in Hong Kong seven years ago. He’s the captain of the team. He says football with All Black FC gives him and his teammates an important sense of purpose.
